I am an IP Rewards member.  Can I get discounts on an IP Air & Hotel package?
As a member of IP Rewards Program, you are eligible for discounted rates when seats are available. Of course, the more you play, the better the rate will be. Complimentary airfare is available for qualified players. Please contact the IP Air Tour and Travel department so that we may verify which rates and or offers you may be eligible. We will do everything we can to find you the best rate available for your visit.

I am a new guest to IP Casino Resort & Spa.  How do I earn discounted air and hotel packages?
First time visitors are eligible for discounted rates after their initial visit as a Reward member at IP Casino Resort & Spa. All rates and offers are based on rated play, so be sure to sign up for an account and use your card each and every time you visit IP Casino.

Do I need an AirTran Confirmation number?
The confirmation that is provided upon booking your airline reservation will allow you to receive your AirTran boarding pass at the Tampa International Airport with proper identification. Please contact the IP Air Tour and Travel for information regarding your flight.

Where do I get my boarding pass for my flight reservation?
Passengers must check in at the AirTran ticketing counter at least one hour prior to departure to receive a valid boarding pass.

Where is the ticket Counter located at the airport?
AirTran check-in is located in the Main Terminal of the Tampa International Airport.

Will we be charged for checked bags?
Passengers that book through IP Casino Resort & Spa will be allowed one checked baggage at no charge.

How do I get to IP Casino Resort & Spa once I arrive in Gulfport?
An IP shuttle will be available just outside baggage claim at Gulfport-Biloxi Airport. The return shuttle will depart from the front of the IP Casino Resort & Spa hotel at 10:30am on the day of your return.

* Must be 21 or over. Price is per person for a two night package based on double occupancy. Prices do not include airport Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 or hotel and resort taxes and fees.
